**Terms and Conditions**
Expiration Date:
- This gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Booking and Scheduling:
- Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
- To book a session, fill out the required form at the time of purchase or contact me at contact@emilywidener.com.
Locations and Travel:
- Photo sessions may take place at mutually agreed-upon locations within Vancouver, WA.
- Travel beyond 20 miles from Vancouver, WA may incur additional fees.
Session Duration:
- The duration of the photo session is based on the selected package (refer to the specific package details).
Weather Conditions:
- In the event of inclement weather, sessions may be rescheduled to ensure the best quality of images.
Digital Images:
- A selection of images from the photo session will be presented in an online proof gallery. The client is entitled to choose images for their allotted count as specified in the chosen package.
- Additional images beyond the allotted count may be purchased separately.
- The client must make their image selections within 1 week of receiving the gallery link.
- High-resolution digital images included in the package will be delivered via WeTransfer within 1 week after the session.
Prints and Additional Products:
- Additional prints, albums, and products can be purchased separately. Information and pricing can be provided upon request.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- One reschedule is allowed without incurring any additional fees, subject to availability.
Transferability:
- Gift certificates are transferable but may not be redeemed for cash.
No-Shows:
- Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the gift certificate.
Gift Certificate Code:
- The unique code on the gift certificate must be provided at the time of booking and is required for validation.
Photographer's Rights:
- I, Emily Widener retain the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
By purchasing or redeeming this gift certificate, the recipient agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
